Our students work very hard from Monday to Friday, so they like to
relax and enjoy their free time in the evenings and at weekends.
At Fast Track, we have a social programme of different activities
for our students:-
- We have regular karaoke evenings, with prizes
- Our games evenings are very popular, students
plays darts, pool and the old English game of
skittles. Skittles is similar to Ten Pin Bowling,
but more fun!
- In the summer, we have barbecues in the evenings
We listen to our students’ requests for activities and have
arranged a golf lesson with a professional teacher, theatre visits
to see musicals and pop concerts, visits to the law courts and the
local art galleries and museums.
Excursions are the most popular activity at Fast Track. We keep
our prices low by only charging for the cost of the bus.
56 students went on a recent excursion to the famous Eden Project
in South West England, where the latest James Bond film was made.
We also have cheap excursions to cities such as London,
Bath, Cambridge, Salisbury and historic Stonehenge.
Bournemouth is also a holiday resort with long, sandy beaches.
So, if you are coming in the summer months, don’t forget your
swimming costume!
Also, Bournemouth is in the middle of some of this country’s
most beautiful countryside. To the east there is the New Forest,
with wild ponies and to the west, there is the lovely countryside
of Dorset.
There is also no problem to find entertainment at night in Bournemouth!
There are many pubs, clubs and discos and because it is a university
town, you can meet many British students at such locations and practice
your English! |
